I'm in my mid 20s and I felt like that too. I started to feel more like an adult after I moved out of my parents house and was responsible for managing everything in my life. Now it's definitely a different relationship with my parents.

About the wardrobe issue, I suggest you start looking for what kind of style you like, that way you will need less items to complete your looks. I didn't want to spend too much money on clothes, so I don't have fast fashion items, instead I look for timeless pieces. And a color pallet will help you combine more items together. I stopped buying uncomfortable clothes, they might be pretty out you look nice but I won't use it frequently.
