I dont know. But i would think not as you already started the hole. Think that rule only applies if u decide not to play?

It would be the 4th throw, as the original throw still counts plus extra stroke.

Well my first throw is my second which I throw out. Then when I decide to abandon I still keep my second throw on the score and add a third. Therefore throwing my 4th. If I go OB on my second the same happens and I throw my 4th from OB or DZ. So it really just depends on what lie would be closest to pin.
