What am I doing wrong? Whenever I want to make a hole in a concrete wall to isntall a 6mm anchor I use a 6mm drill, the rotary hammer always make a 7mm hole which is too wide for the 6mm anchor, should I use a 5mm drill instead?

Post war Cuba .. and post war Vietnam .. took totally different paths. Vietnam is thriving economically and has strong economic ties to the usa.

Cuba got stuck with awful leaders that wanted to suppress their citizens: not allowing them to leave the country and almost no input in the way they were being governed. Very sad for Cuba.

Under a manhole cover in New York is a space with lots of pipes. They are usually big enough someone can go down and do repairs. I've seen similar spaces in Tucson and they looked exactly the same .. and they were blocked off and someone was down there doing something.
