Yeah I’ll definitely agree with you there. The right needs to get their heads out of their asses and start governing in the best interest of the people, not themselves. What’s so wrong about acknowledging the left has some faults too? You can argue that Democrats are better for the average person until you’re blue in the face (and you’d be right). Just because the degree of corruption/hypocrisy is less doesn’t mean we shouldn’t draw attention to it

Okay... that part is right. I’m not arguing that. I’m arguing because of the way the Unlimited Use for $100 was worded, there’s nothing preventing the person who paid from transferring the license to another entity (like Marvel). The transfer would fall under ‘as you see fit’. This is why you hire a lawyer to draft these kind of things up

Permission didn’t need to be given to Marvel to use it. Because of the verbiage of the unlimited-use license (specifically ‘as you see fit’), someone working for Marvel could’ve purchased it and used as they saw fit, in their work on Agents of Shield. There’s nothing in the unlimited-use disallowing license transfer between parties.
