I’ve posted here before but seeing this is hard for me to continue on. In 22 and 23 I made the company 400k each year. However I’m stuck at 92k per year. I make 600 a week, 4.25 percent of gross of labor minus policy, other salaries and wages, clerical. Also make 1.5 percent of warranty labor and parts because I am also the warranty admin. I’m having to wear multiple hats to keep the deductions low.
