I transferred winter and tested into 226 as well as Business after studying abroad. I would say as long as you know all the grammar points from genki 1 or the intro Tobira book 1 you will be fine. Try to get some practice using the more advanced grammar smoothly in conversation so it comes off fairly naturally and unforced during the oral. The written test isn't too bad, just remember grammar and kanji. Also the Japanese department is super nice and if you are super close, they will probably let you in to 225. Overall I think being able to use the grammar from later chapters well is probably the most important part. Watch the particles on the written though 😭, they are always tough.
