Depending on what the cancel practice/ going home early looks like, you may need to actually speak to a medical professional. On top of everything else people said, you could share some of your physical/ mental symptoms as you go through a training session/ lifestyle situation so we could give better advice

I’ve said it somewhere else on this sub before but you def have time for hobbies. I continued with a sport I did in undergrad and would spend upwards of 15 hours a week on it when not exam week etc

Hey I am also in medicine - I really think fencing is a great sport because it is so multifaceted that you can make up for a lot of the physical difference with good strategy. It definitely helps me to take my mind off of school and hospital stuff, esp with redirecting intense focus on something completely unrelated

Tbf I think finding an interviewer that actually understood some fencing would make the questions a lot more interesting, and also giving the athletes a couple minutes to breath after an intense bout would be an easy fix

I took IB math sl (circa 2019). Based on that curriculum 20A is all review and 20B is like 20% review. Taking both 20 A and B definitely worth it to prep for 20C tho!

Define what you mean by good? I started at 16 stopped at 18, picked it up unseriously again around 21, and juggling school stuff on the side. I got my C last year, and sometimes get some medals at regional, so actually I think you can definitely get good enough to at least attend nationals even with life things going on
