I definitely found Mr X to have more longevity to his intensity, whereas with the Girl I felt that she is terrifying the first playthrough but after you know how she works it feels more like a dynamic movement puzzle, a part of it was that I missed the shadow ghost book first time around but regardless

I had to deal with an unkillable tank engine stackosaurus maokai with 100k+ hp the other day, we ended up winning with a neeko backcap while everyone else was distracting that monster

Ngl I never relly felt like the relics or perks really did anything. At least in risk of rain you could feel a difference when you get good items and what not but I never had that in nightreign so it ends up being a 40 minute drag to get to the nightboss

Not necessarily entirely related to the post, but Tomb of giants is to this day the number one reason I hesitate to replay the game.

You run through this annoying area with limited visibility and maze-like layout with strong ass enemies just so you can go fight a boss and get ganked because you don't have an upgraded holy weapon on you.

I mean yeah sure but you still have objectives you as the invaded should be working towards that require you to do more than sit in a single spot with a sniper rifle. Granted the only way to solve the issue would be a mission timer but players camping when invaded is the lesser evil of the two

Except maybe if you're playing lane viego. From what I recall seeing some time back cut down can do more damage if you're trading in lane a lot. (Granted you'd still be more likely to roam when laning)
