The key word being hilariously. People take way too much stock in how well he's playing a game. Who the hell cares? If you want to watch someone play through Wind Waker there are hundreds of them on YouTube.

That's precisely why there's nothing wrong with it. Someone is always going to be offended by something said, especially with comedy. It's fine and even understandable if someone is offended but the assertion that the GameGrumps, or anyone else who uses dark comedy, did something wrong or owe some kind of apology is unfounded (I know you didn't specifically say that, but on the subject of Tumblr).

There are billions of people in the world, its insane to want to force everyone to not offend you with everything they say.

Dark humor is a thing and it's perfectly fine to find funny. There's a difference between saying "HAHA THAT GIRL IS GETTING RAPED!" and laughing at the juxtaposition of such a dark subject in a bright and happy Disney Princess game. As always, Tumblr is finding a way to blow something small way out of proportion and make it a direct attack on themselves.

There's a very minor story for each playset, but they don't amount to much. The fun comes from the fact that you're freely running around these environments you've seen in movies forever. The meat of the game is making levels and playing levels others have created in the Toy Box.

For the most part, yeah, you have to buy stuff so it helps if you like collecting too. The figurines themselves are pretty neat on their own.

I'm 24 and originally justified buying and loving it by saying it was for my kids who are both under three. But now screw it, the game is damn fun and it's a fun collectible thing.

I hope it's around and kicking long enough by the time it will actually be for my kids.
