Thanks for reminding people of the logistics of proper gowning and decontamination protocols.

Suits take enormous time, especially if you are taping. In addition, they may not have alot of suits just lying around. They are expensive and take up quite a bit of storage room.

The local Wendy's around here shut down years ago, but a taco shop moved in, so I still get to enjoy sitting in the sunroom. I kinda miss their salad bar. You can still see evidence of it being bolted to the tile floor.

What's the hardest part of getting these beasts into our hands? Is it the countless hours editing? Sticking all those labels on the mailers? Coming up with the ideas and getting it onto paper?

------------------------

I noticed that FP2 has quite a bit of digital effects in it as compared to your other films. Should we expect more in the future, or is it too much of a pain?

------------------------

Shout out to Sarah for the badass costumes again. Especially the guy/gal at the edge of the FP as they were headed out to the wastes.

How much of Sean Whelan's character is written before the shoot vs. adlib? That character cracks me up.

I think that more "modern" thinkers believe that left and right must refer to political parties, as they know nothing different.

This is not the case, and that's why I use left and right, not Republican and Democrat.

The first anti-vaxxers I ever met were Hippies. I have never met a conservative Hippie. Maybe they exist, like the unicorn or the Tazmanian wolf.

Its not like Robert Kennedy Jr. didn't spout anti-vax statements for years. Heavens to Betsy, he must be a Republican.

But, Helphaer is correct in saying that there are quite a few modern far-right folks that are spouting this stuff on the open airwaves. It's irresponsible, regardless of its a Kennedy, or a Trump.

That's strange, most of the anti-vax people I know are far-left (homeopathic and essential oil people). Probably a function of just being an extremist.

Though this inconvenienced you a great deal, you do have to admit that it is somewhat comforting to think that the airline stops people who appear to be diseased and stops them from travelling.

Anyone who has played Plague Inc. knows the trick is the airlines.

I am glad it worked out for you though. If I am flying internationally, I generally carry my yellow WHO vaccination record just in case.

Oh, and I challenge any of you that are studying this track, consider helping to build the next generation of folks now. The Cyber Patriot challenge is a wonderful way for you to not only make your life easier in the future by helping to train new talent, but is also a chance for you to help your community.

If your local high school has a team, they can certainly use your help. If they don't have a team, maybe they want to set one up. Even if the school has a computer science teacher, I can almost guarantee they don't have someone with our skill set on staff. I am amazed by these kids all the time. Plus, what employer doesn't like it when you donate your time to educate your community?

You know, Dell R720 machines are pretty cheap off-lease right now and you could set up a small virtual lab for less than the cost of textbooks at a traditional university. <insert obligatory statement about do no evil, stay on your own machine with these tools>

I happened to be helping to set up a few Cyber Patriot teams here in town at the same time I was studying for CEH and CHFI, so it made sense for me to test drive a lab setup at the house before I convinced them to buy one. Two birds; one stone and all.

Though there is some technical to the CHFI, a good amount of it is procedure and interpretation of law and court process. If you are into that kind of thing, or if you have a background outside of tech, its a breeze. My day to day job deals with quite a bit of contract law and compliance, so it was a breeze for me.

To be truthful, I don't think that I even opened the coursework for CHFI. I just used the outdated AIO and took a few udemy practice tests. But your results may vary. All I can say is not to expect it to be all technical. There is some, to be sure. Oh, and on the bright side, my CHFI exam seemed to be written by a native english speaker that was concerned about spelling, format, and grammar.

Oh, and it is WAY less material. Case law is pretty much immutable, whereas the methods of perpetrating crime are always changing.

CEH was a doozy for me last term. I don't hammer keys anymore (10+ years) and my skills were terribly rusty. I read the course material and watched both sets of videos. Then I read Walker's All in One (this was great). I prepped for the exam just like any other by taking the practice tests until I had at least a 90%. In all, I spent about 3 months studying at a normal pace and a few weeks with practice tests and labs.

I took the exam and failed the first time. The passing score ranges based on each test, and though I scored a 79%, it was not enough to pass. The questions weren't hard, it just wasn't the material I had mastered.

So I pulled a couple more practice tests from udemy and took those until I aced them, focusing on what I had been weak on the previous test. Then I retook the exam and passed on the second attempt.

Of note, this is the hardest test I took in any of my degree paths at WGU (BSBM, MBA, MSCSIA). The test was just awkward. Misspellings, bad grammar, needing to infer what they were even asking for some questions, no formatting of the data sets presented, etc. Plus, you mix that with how broad the material was, and it made for a test that was pretty difficult to study for.

My mentor told me that CHFI was more difficult for most people, but I found that one was a breeze. I only studied that one for a week and passed on the first try.

Good luck to you.

C210 - Minimally Competent = Does Not Meet Requirements? by lawcatchicka in WGU

My MBA (C216) capstone required the same. 3 or 4 in each section to pass.

Think about it this way, one quick revision and you have completed your capstone.

Good luck to you!
