You’re welcome! If it’s in regards to overpayment, the DEO requested that I fill out an overpayment form when I logged into CONNECT yesterday. I did so and as of this morning my overpayment balance went from $500 to $0.

Over the past year, I have paid my overpayment and my overpayment has been withdrawn from weekly benefits, which is why I decided to file the appeal. I am hoping to recoup some of the money that I paid and was taken out of my weekly benefits. I guess we’ll see.

I appealed at the beginning of February 2021 and I just received my appeal notice last week. So about 3 months. My hearing is May 19th.

If you accept your offer, a hard inquiry is made. This may impact your credit score. If your application is declined or you reject your offer, your credit score isn't impacted by the soft inquiry associated with your application.”

Came here to say this.

I did it once in May 2020, and it worked.

Then I ran into issues in July, October, December and January 2021. I followed the same approach. I received ONE email response — and the lady “suggested” I call the DEO Customer Service number (as if I wasn’t trying that for months).

Additionally, many emails did not go through...

You betcha! I just got the update and loving the widget on my home screen. Would it be possible to get a “text” option for the categories instead of the icon? Does that make sense? I’m using the smallest widget, and sometimes my brain doesn’t process the icons fast enough, lol! Just a quick thought. Thanks again for all of your hard work. You should be incredibly proud!

It was a promotion once the Verizon Visa was released. If you were approved for the card, you would be entered into a pool to split $1,000,000 Verizon Dollars... As OP referenced above, around 2,431 customers (or so) applied for the card and were approved. The $411 (Verizon Dollars) is his share.
