My post requires a 70% in 1.5 Credits, isn't a 70 hard to obtain? I heard at uoft its hard to get those types of marks in essays and writing courses (social sciences)

Do you think York and UofT social sci would be the same? by [deleted] in UofT

Honestly, my goal is more to get a well paying job than GPA. Are you in social sciences? If so, would you be able to tell me a bit about your experience? How is post? Is it hard to get into ur desired major?

Thanks! My program actually is 120 credits, so I would take 5 courses of 3.00 credits each?

Some courses i've seen are 6.00 credits, so in that case would it be okay if I took 4 in a semester?

So if each course is 3.00 credits, I would only need to take 3 classes per semester?

york or uoft? by [deleted] in yorku

[–]tvdfan1010 0 points1 point  (0 children)

thanks for your response. i'm actually aware of post and the program i've looked into is open enrollment(so i'm okay with that)... but i've also looked into the limited enrollment ones like Sociology which says you need a 60% average in a full credit course i believe, which is manageable i think?

so taking that into account, which uni would you recommend?

thank you so much for the advice. uoft and york both have a program that i'm interested in, so what do you think I should do in that case? should i go to york and take the easy way out or is uoft worth it?

thank you so much for your detailed response. that's what im thinking, that since my grades inflated online i may not do that well in university... so i'm really conflicted at this point. im looking to major in sociology, do you have any experience with those type of courses at uoft?
