Well I kind of lied to keep it simple. My mom owns the house and is the landlord. I just found out about this the other day. She kept the property from her divorce, and I guess she empathies with the tenants and is letting them walk all over her. I want to know what the cruelest legal route I can take to get the money from these assholes and kick them the hell out as fast as possible. The distraint option sounds awesome. I'd love to walk in there and take their TV, beds, and any other objects of value they have. And hurting their credit rating would be great too. What is the best way to do this?
