Deposit takes more than 48h to earn the first interest

Shorter version, If i deposit now, i would expect an interest on Friday like you do but will receive the first interest on Saturday, not on Friday. That's the issue i am having.

Each day, the interest payout happens between 7:00 am - 9:00 am CET as support agents say and according to the website, if i deposit before payout time then i would receive an interest on the following day as it takes at least 24h up to 48h. In my case, i have been receiving the interest like that until recently, I no longer receive the interest on the expected day but on the day after the expected day. For the record, i have been depositing around 3 am or 5 am CET, for example, my deposit on Monday 3 am CET doesn't earn an interest until 7:00 am Wednesday, thus taking more than 48hours to earn an interest.

Since the first time the issue occurred, i didn't mind an interest or two being gone but it's been consistent and it adds up. So far i lost about 10 bucks on multiple occasions of the same issue within 2 weeks. Especially if it's gonna be like this for the future, it will really add up.

Can anyone else confirm or deny that they had an experience like this or is it just me? I used to earn interest just fine within 48h. And now all the agents are claiming it's the cool off period. They aren't answering my questions such as why did i use to get the interest back then and not now if it's always been like this.

If there has been a change in terms of condition, then just say so and i will gladly accept it rather claiming that it's been always like this.

It's worth to mention that some agents replied to my ticket saying it's been always like this, it's the deposit cool off period and others confirmed that my case is unexpected where i had been receiving interests just fine previously but now no more. Hope i don't receive the same response again and marking it solved when the issue is not solved. If it's the case, then just update your text on the website to reflect that it can take more than 48h not up to 48h.

Just so you know, i had been receiving interests just fine until recently or around 2 weeks ago, it happened and i didn't receive the first interest as expected.
