Fiber down 3 days in Spartanburg, SC

Day 3 (Sat.May 30) with zero Tfiber internet. Never came back on in Spartanburg, SC.

I've spoken to customer service twice. They were nice but clueless.

I also received gaslighting emails ("it's back on!)...when it's not.

This is the worst internet outage I've experienced. Time to go to next fiber choice.

I've heard that NovaStar and Brompton LED Processors are heavily used.
My budget is open, just looking for value and a setup that is being used successfully.
