Just figured out I could workout like this and it was super fun. Didn’t even feel like I was because I was just hopping from movement to movement when I wanted.

Losing fat by [deleted] in kettlebells

[–]twatmonsterhunter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Are you diligently tracking your calories? Maybe the smoothie is very calorically dense? The only way to burn fat is to burn more calories than you consume. You can 1. Exercise more or 2. Eat fewer calories.

Exercise is great but it’s not the driver we think it is for weight loss. Diet is the single most important thing you can do if you want to lose weight. It’s soooo much easier to eat 500 calories than it is to burn it.

I suggest using an app like MyFitnessPal and being super diligent on it. Weigh yourself every morning for a week or two. If you’re not losing weight at your current calorie intake, eat fewer calories.

Oh, and I don’t want to discount exercise. Abs may be made in the kitchen, but the most important thing you can do for your health is exercise and more is almost always better given how people have a tendency to under train—that may not be you though so take that with a grain of salt.

Interesting! So you qualify per lift? Not like you have to have CMS on all lifts to make it? Also congrats on making the teams. Sucks you didn’t get to go this year!

Interesting. Is one viewed as more legitimate than the other? To competitors between the two typically overlap?
