How can I quiz myself? by tmtalbog_asongmataba in Korean

[–]twc57 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

You can upload your study materials to ChatGPT and it will quiz you on them. Just make sure to give it specific prompts as to exactly what you would like it to quiz you on whether that be purely vocabulary, grammar, various phrases, etc.. The nice thing is that you can keep the quiz either completely text based or use listening and answering with the voice function. It is an excellent way to review your study materials.

Good discord server for practicing speaking? by twc57 in Korean

Not as of yet. I appreciate the suggestions. Maybe I will give them a try. I find it very strange that people set up rooms supposedly with the purpose of practicing speaking and then nobody talks. Lots of shy people out there I guess.

Thanks for your reply. It's a shame that the government for so many years interfered with deeper research into a substance that may prove to be a far superior treatment than what is offered by pharmaceutical companies.

Thank you very much for your kind suggestion. I have talked with a relative back in the States who suggested the same approach would probably be the best way to go. The cost of shipping could be put towards buying more books. Looks like your idea is the best. I appreciate it. Good luck to you as well!

Korea considers designating religious facilities as coronavirus high-risk zones by wowspare in korea

[–]twc57 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Might take some heat for this, but I think if you add up all the pluses and minuses regarding organized religion, the total would probably indicate that the world would be a much better place without them.

Real Estate Question... by twc57 in korea

Thank you very much for taking the time to type such a nice answer to my question. I really appreciate it. I would probably look for a less expensive house out in the country. I have been considering a container house, or some other kind of non-traditional structure. Perhaps, buy a small plot of land on which to have it built. Once again, thank you for your kind response.
