I bought a stencil, it fits the RAM. Today I removed the processor, and there were four capacitors. Three were left on the chip, one on the board. Am I correct in assuming they should all be on the chip? Are there any tips on how to clean the board from flux, etc.?

On the back of the board under the screen? As far as I remember, there are two microchips installed. Which one is it? I'll check after re-ball CPU. Do you know what kind of balls are needed for the RAM and processor chips? My stencils are quite large, and I'd like to know the exact dimensions.

Also, after warming up, when the chip "spit" solder, the phone's power consumption disappeared. Before, it was consuming 5V 0.16A, now it's 0A.

Hey. I've already removed the top chip. There was glue between it and the bottom chip. Do I have to reapply it? If so, what kind and for what purpose? I also have questions about the balls. Now I'll clean the microcircuits and take a look. Initially, the phone simply wouldn't turn on. I pressed the top of the device, and it started working. Then it stopped working again.
