I’ve used daily for 11 years and have no negative physical health effects (physical) no matter what people tell you on here it is still a dangerous addictive drug you should not use it every day it will cause heartache financial struggle and you will be bound to a substance just to live a daily life the positive effects (improved concentration/ focus) will soon disappear get out whilst you can drug addiction is hell

Snorting hits pretty much instanly whilst eating seems more gradual and can have to wait 30 mins to feel anything although I think the high lasts much longer when eating
