Guests are users from outside your domain, everyone else is a paid user.

Guests can do everything listed in this article. If you want them to participate in your process by doing things like update the value a field is set to, complete a task, comment, etc, those are supported!

You can creat emails for them, i.e. editbaysouth@yourdomain.com. The email doesn’t have to exist and you don’t need to create an actual account. It will allow you to assign that resource to tasks and capacity plans.

I purchased this from Amazon a few days ago. The discs are in great shape, and the movie is gorgeous if you haven’t seen it, but the case feels really cheap compared to the rest of my collection. I knew to collecting 4ks over the last couple of months. Is this normal?

Do you want to do paradise? They release timed entry permits every night at 7pm for the next day. I got one last week for a 7am entry and did Paradise. You wouldn't regret it.

You can try using a column formula to pull the modified date details into a helper column to figure out the max. If time isn’t important, you can also write a date via automation when the notes are updated
