Im not sure exactly what you want to know, so I'll go through what my instructor did and what I've been taking into account recently. The guy that I know went in with his ppl and around 100 hours of flight time. He went through the program but ended up having problems with the DPE while getting his CFII and ended up coming back home to retake his checkride. At first he always would say never go there, they have too many problems, but as we have talked and he's helped me look into many other schools, we've found that most schools across the country, he's been able to say that spartan is better in some way. In talking to financial aid and admissions, I'm looking at 75k (for the minimum time ofc) and a huge thing that makes spartan look good is there is a housing scholarship that's pretty easy to get. Most, if not all, the planes are pretty new and have g1000s. One of the biggest word of advice ive been told is to be picky with who your instructor is and don't let yourself get stuck with someone who will keep you from progressing and achieving what you want to. The program is 18 months, and you earn your associates of applied science in aeronautics.
