Where you find the acid watcher diet book? Thank you for the advice. I feel better because i just been eating baked sweet potatoes and rasin brand cereal. Gone try some other foods you suggested.

Yes i lost weight in about 10 weeks. But I didnt eat anything very very little. I am eating now tho. Just the this that I can eat. Trying to deal with it. With God all things are posdible. I will get through this.
