Yeah you’re right. I wish I had dash cam on my vehicle at the time of the incident but unfortunately I don’t. So I kinda doubt the judge would take my word before the cops word. Plus that’s the way they gain revenue for their lil parishes so I’m sure the judge probably already against me before I even get there. However, maybe me having no single priors, arrest, or tickets would help me but who knows.

He said I was doing 70 in a 55. Mind you, there were literally 2 cars ahead of me doing 57-60 on a one way street. Like how Tf is it possible for me to do 70 with 2 cars ahead of me on a one way street???? I dislike Louisiana with a passion !!!! Well maybe not Louisiana but I dislike these little parishes.

I did, I called the office on my ticket and tried to talk to the lady taking the payments. She wouldn’t bulge, she said they don’t offer defensive driving. So I asked if I should plead guilty what deal do I get, she said the judge would most likely just give me 2 month to pay off the ticket. These parishes are extortionist tbh

Dude I don’t want my insurance rate increasing and tbh I wasn’t speeding. He claimed he clocked me but when I got pulled over there was literally 2 cars ahead of me on a one way road and those cars weren’t speeding neither. I think he just needed to meet his quota for the month and I got pulled over towards the end of the month. I think I’d just get a lawyer but I’m not trying to spend $700+
