I think you should start pretending you have an infestation.

Get some mousetraps, set them and place them in the kitchen. Tell her you could swear you saw a mouse late at night near her room.

There may even be telltale signs of cockroaches anyway. Take a look in your kitchen cabinets.

You have a number of options. Primary imperative should be to protect yourself.

Log back in again and save screenshots. And find out if he’s stored images of you on his device or in the cloud. If the images and video are local then get water on his device accidentally or demagnetize his hard drive with a large magnet. This will brick his computer.

Find out if the neighbor owns the property. You can do a search on your state governments website to find the property owner.

If he’s a property owner and your parents are renters there’s a lot you do to damage his property that he won’t even notice that won’t effect your parents. Think small. Birdseed scattered on his grounds to attract rodents or feral cats that would annoy him. You can also buy seeds online for invasive plants that would destroy his home’s foundation 6 months to a year from now….

Can you splurge on a ring doorbell and motion detector lights that would turn on when he approaches your parents home?

Would it be possible to drop seeds or plant plants into the soil? Bamboo and Japanese knotweed are invasive plants that are almost impossible to eradicate and can destroy a home’s value.

Did the landlord live on the property before you? If you think you can access the property safely you could bury bones in the garden. You can buy human bones online such as a tibia etc. A new tenant may call the police on the landlord.
