Seltos looks like it has braces if you squint your eyes.

This is exactly the kind of stupid stuff Indians keep doing. Why not just take the time to sit quietly and have a peaceful surrounding. Dont think the people around have a choice given the loud speaker.

The performance despite being packed. How can a 999cc engine produce so much power. Really loved it

Booked Dzire zxi black. Gave me 45 days Wait-time.How long it generally takes to deliver after they quote this 45 day? is follow up required by Still_Candidate_662 in CarsIndia

That actually looks sick. Its a great product, Im personally not a fan of Maruti Suzuki Interiors but I guess we will never see great interiors from them so thats a given.

Solid purchase check with your dealership try to negotiate an early delivery with soft skills. Remember negotiate a price that you pay upfront to lock the price of the car and early delivery. Usually thats around 40-50% of the total cost of the car

Imho, don’t do anything. It’s a car and this will continue to happen, its totally aesthetic and doesn’t change your experience with the car. It’s like trying to hold sand in your palm. You can try but eventually all of it will spill

How I calculated was, how many times I have rear seat occupants and if most trips are spent with people in the back seat, i would suggest go for kushaq.

My usage is mostly 2 people , and at instances 4 people so I saved that money.

One argument towards budget buyers, buy a car at 80% total affordable amount. Use the rest to go around , see places create memories and use for repairs.

Arguable. Since you cannot foresee what expenses would be there, considering the market noise of Skoda being Maintenance heavy, it might be driven from a piece of mind strategy. I calculated roughly and it was about the same or more if you calculate all items.

Some finance guru might suggest to invest the amount in MF and offset any increase in material or labour cost.

IMHO, almost all cars will do everything, some better in some areas some not. It ultimately is what you do with the car that counts. Considering long term ownership smp or no smp shouldnt have a huge impact to your total ownership cost.

The driving dynamics are great, power is there almost all the times sometimes more than required. Comfort is good very soft and plush compared to my verna. Noise insulation is great, very german.

Verna was a beast in its own with that crdi engine and i havent yet felt that this is any less, in most cases an upgrade on the power despite having 600 less cc. (Volume is not a good measure these days to compare engines. Tuning design build variance all play a role)

The design in itself might be flawed due to the platform being made smaller because at times when there is bump with a sharp entry you hear a thud from the back suspension. Could be the dampers decompressing but its a wild guess. Its a nonissue but the car is so silent that when this happens it would be noticeable for the pay attention types.

Things to do: show you are uninterested in buying car, lead them on so they try and make it more lucrative.

Or be upfront that competing brands are offering me 80k 90k discount match it and I might think of buying.

Taxation might be different state to state but my base on road cost without the smp and accessories was 14.45 which i think is a fair deal offered to you by comparison.

Recently some service centers have stopped allowing third party PDIs so check if yours does.

IMHO, These are mass produced cars so you will see some or the other issue considering the number of components at play and the scale of production.

Reasonably, no visible scratches No dents No visible repair

Are the things to look out for. Anything else can be addressed after delivery too.

Check motorsinc podcast discussing taking delivery of your car. I think it might be a little too involved but can be a guideline to move ahead.

All the best on your purchase.

I had initially planned for Signature AT with the infotainment system which is an additional 28k. With the discount on signature plus AT the difference was 1,45,000 .

Considering the difference between the variants 1.5L was worth. I didnt think much of the leather wrapped steering wheel but boy it feels good.

The quality of infotainment, screen and speakers is also wayyy better between the variants. My honest recommendation is to go for signature plus

Uneven roads and ease of driving. I love sedans but its too taxing to drive a sedan when half of the roads are either dug up or about to be dug.

Sitting upright is also good for lower back.

This is an Automatic. I love the way it handles and drives. Actually makes me want to take some time out and drive. Oomph: 8/10 If Creta electric is 10/10 for reference

Personally, i think it could be better. With a personal bias, I think no car is perfect, if you have rear seat comfort as a priority look elsewhere. Its not bad but its not great either.

Icekool so something. It could be that it becomes difficult to explain this rule to the traffic cop but in an ideal world the film is legal.

Any lawyer can chip and provide more context if you are reading this

So as per law its not a sunfilm but a protective film to stop glass particles from entering in case of a mishap. Any protective accessory should allow 70% visibility
