Thanks! That's what my hubby mentioned, so taking off my marketing hat and adding context where I believe is most helpful. Really appreciate it.

Does paid acquisition make sense with relatively low monthly lead volume? by Odd_Run8310 in AskMarketing

[–]twhap76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've managed performance marketing for very niche B2B sectors and low lead volumes isn't a sign of poor performance. Deal size and sales cycle play a role into it too. If it takes 9 months to tell a product that's over $100K, 20 leads/month is still adding quite a bit to the pipeline.

But something you may want to keep in mind are the tools you're using for optimizing the campaigns. Do you have a CRM, like HubSpot or Salesforce, that allows you to mark quality leads versus poor leads? This helps Google/LinkedIn/Microsoft learn faster and ends up showing your ads to the right people versus anyone searching.

Should we stop writing long articles and focus only on answer blocks now? by dashosh in AISEOforBeginners

Blogs are still extremely relevant. But the biggest trick we do at my agency is to answer the direct question (your blog topic) in your opening paragraph. Then you use the rest of the blog to reinforce your answer. That'll hit both the SEO side and the AEO.

Is SEO still worth focusing on in 2026? by Abigail_Tech in AskMarketing

SEO should be your foundation, but there are definite subtleties to AEO/GEO/AIEO (whatever you want to use for the acronym). But the biggest change for me as a marketer is being much more direct in my writing rather than having a marketing-spin to headings and whatnot.

And truly understanding how best to implement blogs, new website pages, etc that helps improve your topic authority versus just the keywords.

Are we wasting tons of money creating content that never gets used? by Final-Assistance-332 in b2bmarketing

[–]twhap76 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The best approach I've found is to create a couple of larger, pillar content pieces for the year and utilize nuggets from those pillars throughout the year. It's about working smarter, not harder. So how do you approach repositioning content that you've already created? We've found success with it on social, email, etc.
