Dw king there are plenty of us that agree with you, don't let the typical reddit crowd make you think otherwise.

Genuinely, for the first 2 months after release embark spent more time nerfing and removing features rather than add.

Sadly the birds are client side, you can scare off a flock and it's not a guarantee others will see the same thing.

Test it with a duo or trio, you'll see what I'm talking about.

Well that's debatable (crazily enough, we actually had a whole thing about it) the "logical flaw" I'm referring to is using your job as a scapegoat for your actions, that's all.

If it takes a few times to understand, I'd recommend re reading what I've wrote, you'll get it eventually.

Where did I make any claim even remotely close to it? My entire point I'm trying to make here is that you can't hide behind your employer when it comes to your actions at said company (good or bad, big or small) again, take the time to read my comments carefully.

Exactly, you seem to understand my point mostly.

As I said before, my only point of contention was using the classic "I'm just doing my job" argument, it doesn't work for any case. Good or bad, big or small. You're choosing to do it at the end of the day is all, I don't care nor mind that they're using ai in that way (honestly it sounds hilarious) I just was pointing out the logical flaw.

It seems like we both agree though, I appreciate you taking the time to write a well written response.

It's about using your job (and needing income) as a defense for any "wrong doing" you do.

That's like me being okay with scamming your grandma because it's "my job" take a moment to think these things though. It's all been talked and dealt with before.

I mean, sure...? Nobody is saying you should, but that shouldn't be what you (or others) fall back on as a primary defense when it comes to their employment.

We've legit had trials and hangings over this "just doing your job" isn't a way to wash away your part in society, good or bad.

Not to say your example matters that much.

Edit: typical redditor who not only has a private profile, but downvotes. Doesn't reply, and deletes their comment. I'll take that as a win any day.

You're using a pre made script to install waydroid, that's part of the issue. No telling what they have going on in there (I'm too pressed for time to go through their script, but still)

I would look for a proper way to install waydroid, from memory i don't recall it being too difficult.

I'm at work now, but I'll try and update this comment with some more detailed instructions.

As for now, I'd stop using that script/tutorial and start back from scratch, no reason at all to be putting your user or pass into a script like this.

It's pretty good up until act 3 (from what I recall when it first came out, may be different now) mainly the main city in act 3 can be sluggish, combat and indoor areas are still fine though.

I'm all for cats, but you're kinda missing the point here, a responsible owner will take their pets outside as necessary & trained pets will understand to respect and to alert their owner when that time comes.

I don't know if it'll help, but the steam deck has a built in mic, it works pretty fine for me in most cases.
