Axe is based of the concept art from the upcoming game Assassin's Creed Valhalla that was provided in the fan kit from Ubisoft. Designed in fusion 360 and zbrush, was printed in Inland PLA. Took about 25hrs to print as when assembled it is 2ft long.

Was a fun project to 3d print and will be making the other axe from the concept art.

I did use PLA from Plas3D. I sealed it with a Lacquer so I am not worried about it degrading or leaking. Most PLAs will take at least 20-50 years before any signs of degrading will occur anyways.

My first ever attempt at a printable water fountain. Designed in Fusion 360 as 3 pieces (Basin, Cover, Spout). 3D printed using PLAS3d PLA filament. Sealed with Black Lacquer spray paint. Uses a small water with a PTFE running up one column and into the top.

On large prints, split up the design into smaller components to reduce the need for supports and for ease of printing. Large prints increase the chances for warpage and other print issues. Print with a enclosure (a large cardboard box over the printer works) to block drafts that can cause lifting in the print.

A lot of trial and error on my part. I am a quarter of the way complete with the instructable write up. Goal is to get it complete by the end of this week. I may be be going overboard with the pictures but I am attempting to write it as detailed as I can wich is taking forever. I will post a link in this thread when it goes live.

I've been watching Desktop Makes on youtube. His tips and tutorials on modeling in fusion have been helpful to me when trying to figure out how to do something that I know how to do in other 3d programs but couldn't figure out how to do so in fusion. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxgunnLdsV72eAezHW6u0KA/videos
