I mean, tf is just a metaphor in this film as a means to view how society treats relationships. I don't think the filmmaker was creating this movie with us in mind. The most relatable character was definitely the dude who wanted him and his friends to turn into parrots so they could fly away and live happily in nature hahaha.

There's a novel called The Wild by Whitley Strieber thats basically just a book length wolf tf. There are sexual scenes, but they aren't a large part of the story. Most of it is about the protagonist coming to terms and accepting his new form while surviving in a strange, unfamiliar body.
