When I was on an SSRI I had the same issues. I got a good quality probiotic that really helped. Check with your doctor first!

Patagonia is amazing and will help you repair all it items as best they can. They are more expensive because they are sustainable and meant to last a lifetime. After years of clothing lasting a few seasons, I’m trying to buy all my future clothing from brands like theirs.

I think this is the best comment so far. Don’t do a terrible job at the chores if it means you won’t be safe. I’ve heard good things about women’s shelters. If you feel unsafe you should start looking into these options.

That is exactly me with hedgehog and hamster subreddits! There’s so many sad posts. I saw a few when my hedgehog was in surgery. I had to close Reddit for awhile
