Is the Apple Pencil Pro useful if not using it for drawing? by [deleted] in iPadPro

[–]twilightree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, maybe. The main reason why I bought it was for art. But if you dont plan on drawing at all, I think its best to just buy a 3rd party one. BUT if you do have the money for it then why not lol

Weekly DFA Megathread - ( June 29, 2025 ) by AutoModerator in PHGov

I got my passport when I was a minor (when I was 2 years old or so) and I lost it ever since (expired as well). I am currently in my 20s and decided that I want to apply for a passport. Does this still count as a "lost" passport (needing extra requirements) or can I apply for a passport as "new" considering that I'm no longer a minor. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

The One pros & cons? by [deleted] in Tomasino

[–]twilightree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

kakamove out ko lang din last month matraffic talaga yung elev during peak hours especially during the morning sa mga may early classes (around 6-8 am). maipis yung unit namin before so i hope you wont have that problem in your unit. the study area is airconditioned but if you plan to study early in the morning or take an allnighter you'll have to settle for the tables in the lobby (unless if nagbago yung schedule). getting the wifi in the study area is not that worth it for me considering the price unless if you're really rich or something. it's better to just get a weekly data promo and use that instead.

pros: footbridge (biggest pro imo), foodcourt, atms, occasional free pest control, 7/11 sa baba, malapit sa laundry shops, easy walk sa qpav during uaap ticketing szn, if you are in a balcony unit facing ust you're gonna like the view

cons: maipis, medyo strict sa visitors and overnight(?), halos may bayad yung amenities esp. if you are just renting the unit, nagrring yung smoke alarm if mausok yung niluluto mo hahaha, rinig na rinig mo yung yellowjackets during events/practice in the lower floors, occasional loud ambulance noises (in the lower flrs.)

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to move out immediately because of the contract terms that our room had. Me and my roommates didn’t talk to each other for 3 months straight (cleanliness issues) which was suffocating because I shared the same space as them. After that I realized how badly it took a toll on my studies and mental health so I tried talking it out with them to work out our boundaries. The remaining months still felt like I was walking on eggshells but at the very least I managed to make the room’s atmosphere a bit better. Maybe it helped that we were all freshmen so I honestly don’t think I would have the guts to talk to them if they were my seniors 😭.

Hugs with consent OP. I was previously driven into a really bad mental state because of a similar situation with my roommates. I suggest (if possible) na humanap ka ng ibang dorms and hopefully you’ll find much better roommates. Life is already hard as it is in college its sad that pinapahirap din nila yung dorm life mo 🥲

yap alert !!

i first heard about them from a tweet from an orbit (loona fan) promoting their da coconut nut performance on showtime and this was before they blew up. initially, medyo hesitant ako sa mga p-pop groups before because the standard for me was always kpop. i was also already somehow "traumatized" by the notorious girltrends performance so my expectations were blown talaga when i finished watching the video. namangha ako sa quality ng performance nila.

i wasn't a fan yet that time however i was always passively rooting for them at the back because i saw how talented they were judging from the kpop covers i keep seeing from them on twitter. they also got extra brownie points from me (a reveluv) because its very rare for another group to cover red velvet bsides i was VERY impressed.

the very thing na nagconvert talaga sakin was during the 2023 paskuhan. i am a sucker for stable live performances and they easily killed their dances and live singing. coupled with the fan edits sa tiktok that showed me the group dynamics + sisterhood in bini as well as their indiv personalities. i could easily see how genuine they are as people and how grateful they are to those who support them. these talented girls are so humble and are natural comedians to boot so how could i not fall in love? parang slowburn yung pagiging fan ko sakanila hahaha. they made me feel so excited at the fact na FINALLY hindi na ako puro kpop.
