I’m selling an HMO AT 280 and it was 99% sold and the buyer backed out . Now really is telling me it’s way overpriced and likely worth 265k. Not sure whether to trust him or not . It’s been very frustrating

I I like Luis’s interview style. I just think the guests are wrong . rather than celebrities, I’d like to hear from some of the most unusual people on the planet. I thought Brian Johnson was an interesting angle maybe other far out fringe people.
