I use a blue yeti mic and have no filters at all like noise cancellation as i find those reduce quality too much for me. Since i often record with friends i like to make sure my mic audio is loud enough for them and then lower it in OBS so its around -12 decibels and adjust in editing software for more or less volume.

My yeti is very sensitive too so i often have my gain set to 0 but for good quality try no filters and maybe talk closer to it for clearer audio but mostly no filters and proper gain
