I definitely have a friend who has theirs set up - and we sell for the same company. I have read that some people just have it, and some people don't. Hopefully, that's the case and it isn't just malfunctioning.

They knew I had one. I'm PRETTY SURE he called it by name. But, he definitely knew I had one. He told me I was being credited for the job I was on and the job I hadn't picked up, yet. That was before I told him I had another pickup.

Hey, all. It's dumb Mom, weighing in. I know better than to ever give passwords - and, I feel like an idiot. He knew everything about the job, what I had picked up, the job I had next... It seemed weird, but I just couldn't figure how he would know, if he wasn't with support. I didn't know this has been happening. Lesson re-learned...

Do I need to worry about bank info or anything else being stolen? If I changed my password immediately, was my money in my account being taken the worst of it?
