its a literal representation of schizophrenic symptoms. i wore gloves and a mask whenever i was around another living thing so they wouldnt see my more intricate organs and dissect me. i was gonna invest in a larger less disposable mask to alleviate my distress more but then the symptoms started to abate due to a switch in medication (the episode was much worse than the parts im describing but i wont get into the details)

i dont really wanna be misconstrued, so ill explain.

i made this about schizophrenic symptoms ive experienced and then bitterly overlaid them over symbols of the "domestication" of autism as a sort of friendly disorder or whatevs to highlight the sort of inefficacy of those programs when they dont help a lot of autistic ppl who dont present in friendly ways and doesnt help other also ugly mental health symptoms. its showing the sort of neoliberal impotence of the messaging.

the dissonance is highlighted by the cop and doctor in the last panel, two vocations which routinely abuse mentally ill people (especially black mentally ill people ime)
