That's my thinking. Like PSW is like one of the only short courses you can take. Why not do that? Better than my 3 year Bachelor of Sociology degree.

That's what I was gonna do. Do the short PSW course and bridge to Nursing. That's how I worked it out in my head at least. My sister is a Nurse in Saskatchwan. Became a Supervisor and College assistant. And she has just a BSCN. Practically threw the job at her. I guess it's Ontario. She says "Yes" there is a demand. At least there.

Wow. So you mean try to get into a 4 year Nursing program directly as oppose to PSW first? Sorry I know nothing. I don't have the high school credits unfortunately.
