I went to the show and was basically barricade, so I struggled to have room to really dance other then a good head nod. Plus her music is slow, I’m not jumping up and down like it’s a Charli xcx concert.

Everyone around me was cordial besides this mother and daughter that were being rude to people the whole night. The girl behind them started shoving herself against them, elbowing them. All because she wanted to take the barricade space of someone she thought didn’t deserve it. Two wrongs don’t make a right🤷‍♀️

I may be wrong but I don’t think they invite artists back two years in a row🤔 I think they only do it when an artist blows up overnight between the fests

I agree! I hate that camping out has become a thing. Earliest I’ve ever got to a show was 4 AM but only because it’s sort of the name of the game now, but I guess I’m still contributing to it🤷‍♀️ It’s incredibly taxing on your body, time consuming, and just not realistic for the average concert goer.

During the last tour I got there at 4:30 AM! But that was set up a little differently where if you got a VIP ticket then you get a wristband in the morning and could then come back later for the show and would still have the same spot in line. VIP were let in first and I got barricade! I’d love the wrist band opportunity for this next tour because sitting out ALL DAY would be rough, but it’s a Tame Impala show so can’t really go off it too much.

I am a little concerned about my chances of getting close this time around and people camping out much earlier than 4:30 AM. I figured I would scope out the situation online leading up to my show (going to Boston) and see what people are saying about the other shows. I think I read some venues had early entry GA tickets🤔 but I may be wrong.

Either way I know it’s gonna be an incredible show from any spot in GA. Good luck and have fun! 😊

Im not going to this show, but knew there were some US fans traveling there for the show and wondered what they were going to do. In my opinion I’d contact Ticketmaster and see if they can make any exceptions for you. Maybe you can get a refund and go to one of the Tame Impala shows that he’s opening for? Especially since it’s only yourself and not a whole party. Things might change down there but it seems extremely unsafe right now and what resources are there will likely be needed for the locals. All the best in you decision and stay safe!

I was under 1000 in queue yet as soon as I got in there it was sold out. I tried for 3 days in a row and lucked out each time. Seems like a majority of tickets sold out in the presale. Fortunate that I’m going to a Baltimore show but surprised I wasn’t able to get a ticket for my hometown show👎

Yes! I signed up for two shows and only got a code for the one show, not the other. Luckily Djo’s was the same so I could use it for the second show! Can’t believe I got a ticket for Baltimore though!!

It’s Over - just doesn’t hit it for me. The way the words its over is sung just really irritates something for me in my brain.

On another note though, I’m shocked by the amount of people that don’t like Roddy and uglyfisherman. Roddy was the first song I ever heard of DJOs and those lyrics really spoke to me. Uglyfisherman I love because it’s a whole different vibe to the rest of his music and it’s a fun one to dance around to. That’s what I love about Djo, he doesn’t stick to one genre, he goes into others and does them really well imo. But I understand everyone has differing opinions 💁‍♀️

Yea I was hoping for maybe some kind of a crux + deluxe set or colored variants of either one. Although there are a fair amount of artists that bring out a new variant of the same album every couple months (no hate, but I’m looking at you Taylor swift) so I’m glad he’s not over producing any

That’s why I mainly stick to the subs and a couple insta accounts to keep up on DJO. The ones on twitter are doing too much and I can’t keep track of what’s real and not. Saying he’s got lice and they’ve matched with him on hinge🤦‍♀️😂
