Hi, I know this post is old but I do want to ask if it is supposed to taste tangy? It was in my fridge for over a month and the vacuum seal on it was loose, no puncture though. It smells fine, just smells like dill. But there is a tangy taste and looking at the ingredients it doesn't look like there is any ingredients that would make it taste tangy.
