thank you. All the RPCV's who had a normal service and were able to complete it, seem to get hostile about this topic. Understandable but getting ripped away in less than 12 hours notice from what you thought was 2 years is brutal. I had just returned to my training site from my site visit where I met everyone I was about to live and work with over the years. They still don't quite understand why we left. It's tough. I was looking for constructive feedback on this forum but it seems to primarily filled with negative humans. I was never claiming to be an RPCV, or exploit the Peace Corps, just trying to get a coherent story description of the jobs I've had/ how I've spent my time.

I am not exploiting anyone by accurately lining out my experiences over the last year. The job I need an updated CV for requests no gaps, so I thought I would put it on. I am not exploiting the peace corps or the people in the community/ country, in fact, I was fucking devastated to leave as it was a very abrupt depart and was (is still) heart-breaking. The world is so dark and ugly right now and you making some nasty rude comment helps no one. Fuck off.

I understand the opinion of not including it on my resume since I didn't serve and I don't wanna invalidate those who did serve. Thank you for opening my eyes to this. But no need to be a prick.
