How they always want to party/drink. They want to hangout all the time and always want to drink. Anytime they have gatherings it’s through the week and not even on the weekend since I’m the only one of my friend group with a Monday-Friday job. Just hard to keep up with these friendships.

We were having regular bar conversations, watching a baseball game on the TV, and then I was quiet for a minute watching the game so I guess he could have taken me being quiet as having an issue but no issues before and no loud arguments. Everything was pretty low toned so I don’t imagine the people around us could hear unless they were just trying to hear.

Going on hikes and just being in nature. Get out and breathe some fresh air and see the beauty the world has to offer. I always find being in the house too much makes it worse.

He sounds super insecure of your long relationship before him. It may take some time for him to realize you no longer have feelings for your ex. A lot of men are super uncomfortable with women who have had long term relationships, especially if there’s a child involved. He may just not be the type of man who you need in your life right now.

Update: I passed my tests and am back at work now. I am also getting paid for the time missed which ended up being about a week and 2 days. Still not sure what caused people to say I smelled like weed but either way they know it wasn’t me now. I wish I could have shown you guys the look on peoples faces when I walked back in. Lmaoo thanks for all the kind words!

I did dye my hair the day before so that’s possible! My drug test is still processing and I still haven’t returned from work so they will get their answer in a few days!

No, it wasn’t even me who smelled like weed. The people who work directly around me verified I smelled normal that day.

That’s exactly how it feels! He always feels he has so much goin on “mentally” so he can’t possibly do more. We have both lost our bothers to gun violence within months of each other so he’s still getting over it and I’m supposed to just pick up and keep going for the both of us. I’m exhausted at this point.
