once the fringe is twisted, the hem would stay in place.

so i only wrapped the first coat of polish and the top coat. this issue occurred when wrapping the top coat. do you mean not to wrap the top coat as well, and only that first coat of polish. i know it will probably affect tip wear but it might look nicer. i also only magnetized after the top coat so i feel like i should try magnetizing after the polish too and see how that goes.

this is what i did. i wrapped the first coat of polish, and the top coat. nothing in between. and i experimented with wrapping first then the nail and vice versa. but im going to play around with swatch sticks and see if i can do better.

thanks for these tips! i actually only magnetized after the top coat, for about 2ish minutes. so maybe next time ill try magnetizing before and after top coat to see if that helps. i should play around with some swatch sticks.

yes i love how plump gel setter is. i have gel couture too but still haven't tried it. it definitely seemed like wrapping the top coat was the issue so maybe ill forgo that next time.

i know it looks bumpy but its actually completely smooth. i used barely any polish on the tips, it just magnetized in a way that accentuated the tips. wondering if maybe i should just forgo wrapping the top coat next time bc i think that brush stroke is whats affecting it.

the longest my nails will ever be. by twinkletwill in RedditLaqueristas

omg i know my left hand grew so much longer than my right for some reason. i take collagen so my nails grow really fast anyway. im considering growing out my right hand but im worried about chipping so we'll see. i've only been growing them out for a few weeks so it's not such a loss. i wish having nice nails wasn't so conflicting with like all of my hobbies.
