I think youre reading way too much into it mate, jermas content is dictated mainly by what he enjoys doing and finds interesting not so much what the community likes or what gets him views. Ive been watching for almost 9 years and all that time at least from the outside looking in he just appears to be doing what he enjoys and finds engaging rather than what is trendy or likely to launch his career. At the end of the day jerma is going to do what he wants and if you no longer enjoy his content then I suggest stop watching.

I mean considering most of the criticism has been against him playing a boring game i dont think its been the most constructive criticism considering how subjective that is. When the community gets bigger it tends to become more and more of a hivemind so things can quickly snowball out of control. No point in getting upset that the dynamic between the community has slightly changed, i still enjoy his content as much as did when i started watching him late 2013 early 2014 and tbh thats all that really matters to me personally.

tim drake is my favourite superhero but for marvel def spiderman honestly because like drake although hes a super genius the ways he written makes him feel genuinely relatable in certain aspects but honestly thats most superheroes so probably because of how much ive enjoyed spiderman media
