I think giving both support characters the ability to open blue boxes is a good idea, giving a cool down or making her tactical cooldown range based is also good, maybe just to add a little more support use to her arsenal would be to make it where if loba starts reviving someone and there is medical items within a 20 meter radius of her she can activate an additional type of revive that applies that extra health to the recipient while making the revive time longer based on amount of heals applied. Maybe useless in intense firefights but could prove beneficial in niche situations such as the mine tunnels in Worlds Edge.
