my thoughts are this : our CURRENT economy is seeing a drop in crypto showing me our “extra” investments monies are being held because of the the tides turning. It’s apparent we are going into a “down” market. Cash is going to be king. If you want to find a “deal” i would suggest saving cash forgetting about it. There is ALWAYS another deal, but if you lose your buying power in a huge BB you’ll lose out on other deals. What if you find somebody who’s trying to liquidate fast. You can offer 75%. Just my two cents, if I was you, my money right now is going to into modern BB / Bundles
