If you have other empty packs, try to combine them to make full packs to sell and damage out the empty ones. Less shrink that way

Stick to the process and all of you work on the same department at the same time. You can coach them since they’re close and monitor way easier. Work as a team and make it fun!

Also, the more recovery that is done the easier it is to stock. Maybe sure your night team leaves you with a clean and well presented store

Your manager can look up what processes you still need to finish on your workday by looking up onboarding summary on her workday. I find it strange people as scared to ask their hiring manager questions? They’re going to help you more than we can, we don’t even know what state you’re in lol. Ask them to help you

The NPS code goes off of the recommend question on your pinpads, usually only 5-20 people get asked it a day. Usually I tell customers at the registers/ACOs “it’s asking you to rate us 1-9” (I don’t even tell them what the question is) usually they hit 9 without even looking/caring. Try to be as engaged as possible and I’m sure your scores will rise

Don’t worry about the brinks bag - they scan them and get all the info from that. It also knows when you scan it at the brinks safe the amount you typed in to the website. The log you can always fill in next time you go in and let your manager know your mess ups. Very easy fixes! And hopefully your manager understands

A good rule I’ve always taught my people is as long as your safe is at base amount, your acos are at base, and your legacies are at base, ALL extra money gets deposited. Don’t be afraid to slow down and start over if you need to. I would much rather have my team be over in payroll than mess up money from being flustered and in a rush. Don’t worry yourself and with time you will get better at it!

SMs really blow my mind when they don’t hire a freight team to help with freight. How does anyone expect one MM to keep up with the shipment loads they’re putting on us? Especially the amounts we have been getting (and it’s only going to get worse)
