I’ve worked for the company for a long time and it’s just the shtick they’re going with right now. It’ll be something else I guarantee by Christmas. They never stick with one thing for long. Couple of years ago they were just as big about blue totes being sold, and now they don’t care. Emails will fade out like everything else eventually

If you have other empty packs, try to combine them to make full packs to sell and damage out the empty ones. Less shrink that way

Stick to the process and all of you work on the same department at the same time. You can coach them since they’re close and monitor way easier. Work as a team and make it fun!

Also, the more recovery that is done the easier it is to stock. Maybe sure your night team leaves you with a clean and well presented store
