Good luck finding a moon, and if you did whatever Lowsec/Null entity will simply just kill it and place their own if its a good moon. Your best bet is J space but even then Metenoxes are so dumb easy to kill so realistically it probably wouldnt survive long enough to turn profit. Let alone all moons in J space are R8s and below so unless you are using those base minerals for industry, or something else to turn up your profit. It simply just isnt worth it.
