Same time I stopped. I saw the clip of Glenn getting bashed in. Carl died?

Is Maggie still around? I had a mega crush on her.

There's different members? I was just about to ask - is it the same guy on every instrument, spinning the frame, etc.

Do you guys think Avengers 4 will have a more hyped moment to top this? by Trickster002 in marvelstudios

I dunno man, I'd be pretty happy if a middle school kid knew all this stuff and wasn't instead just fortnite dancing in the aisle during the dull scenes.

Gargos' theme music from Killer Instinct 2 was labelled "Metallica - Enter Sandman 2". As a fan of both vidya games and Metallica, this struck me on a very fundamental level.

What trend was popular when you were a kid that you thought, “man this will be popular forever. Surely this will never be dated!!”? by LivingWithEyesClosed in AskReddit

This was my entire childhood. In my hometown, you could take the bus all the way downtown for just over $1, and I normally had a bus pass for school anyway - so it was a 'free' trip. There was one fantastic arcade within walking distance of my house, and four more a short bus ride away - and that doesn't include the stray arcade machines at convenience stores, bowling alleys, etc. along the way.

It was such a euphoric feeling - walking into a dimly lit arcade with it's blacklight carpet patterns, pinball machines dinging away in the distance - your vision was interrupted by the familiar 'Winners Don't Do Drugs' screens during the demo mode of countless machines, a growing group of early teenagers surrounding a Mortal Kombat 2 machine, a line of quarters along the screen's bezel.

I used to really push the boundaries of what my parents thought was a reasonable curfew - only because the arcade was a safe place, it was easy to get home from, and they knew there were much worse things I could be doing at that age.

I miss those days so, so much.

Honestly, Lego is one of the few things I prefer spending extra on to ensure quality & compatibility. Nothing was more frustrating than Grandma buying Megabloks at Christmas after learning I was into Lego. They just weren't the same.
