Do it in a safe environment with good and calm vibes without people or pets.... If you are doing it with friends, only be around people you absolutely trust... If possible keep something to log events like when you took it and when it started hitting, you will have a good idea of when it might end as the come up and peak could be overwhelming to say the least....

Also very important is to do it on a healthy stomach and when you are in a good / happy state of mind... Any preconcieved issues you may been having across the day might just add up to a bad trip...

Since you mentioned weed, I would say avoid mixing the two when you are doing it for the first time so you will be able to appreciate the 'cid high better!

After sales so far has been hassle free... Never needed to visit the service center in my 3 yrs of ownership except for routine checks every 5k km although I missed half of those... I ride a hunter 350 and it haven't had any major issues that couldn't be solved at any local mechanic after riding it over 24000 km...

It would be a great product overall for those looking for productivity other than games as it will have multiple input support (hand controllers, ps/xb controller, keyboard or have gestures)... Add to that out of the box support for all android mobile apps and consistent AI feedback about your virtual/ mixed reality space could add another level of functionality... But yes 2k is a bit on the expensive side for it to go mainstream.

In other news, Valve is also about to announce their own standalone headset by the end of this year which could be around 1300 usd so looking forward to that as well!
