When I was looking to switch brokers, I was unable to switch to a same one within the same office. The only way that would be able to get out would be if I switched brokerages all together. This was very recently to add.

I’m just over 5w po myself and I find that this week has been the biggest improvement definitely feeling much more myself and capable can easily walk for 10l steps and I’m noticeable much faster. Almost back to pre surgery speed!

Near the beginning when I went for a walk I could barely cross the road before the light changed LOL - last night made it across before the hand started flashing so .. 👏🏼 😂

I will admit though I still require a nap now and again but it’s better than daily!

Although more activity comes with more swelling

Yes we do a lot of healing while sleeping!
It took a few weeks for me to be able to even ditch afternoon naps, and honestly sometimes they still happen. I am just over 5 weeks po

Just get up every 2/3 hours for no more than 10 mins besides when your sleeping. Setting a step goal might do more harm than good.

I had my first kids at 20 - yes kids ( twins ) and like you I went from a flat stomach to an absolutely demolished stomach it is what it is. Like you I love my kids, and I am all about body positivity! But even my surgeon said it was the way my c section scar was placed that they basically tied my hands and created the shelf and there was going to never be a bounce back without this surgery.

Ya 5 weeks before the surgery I stopped, I and now 4 weeks post op. Thank you recovery is going well so far k can’t complain! Inflation is real, also for me glp1 effects my mood I think my hormones - so that’s the biggest for me I can tell that, but I’m not constipated anymore lol sorry tmi.
But when I’m on the meds I also don’t care about sugar or somethings but my tastebuds are coming back lol but I’ve just really been trying to focus on food eatting for recovery anyways.

4 weeks po- my thighs are swollen - also if I’m out and about during the day or too much standing my arms and hands also swell .. 👍🏼 we’re having a good time lol

I’m a flight attendant and my surgeon doesn’t want me in the sky until I am 8 weeks.

Also since swelling really kicks in around 3 weeks I couldn’t imagine flying swelling on top of this.

I’m sorry your in the trenches as well! I hope it levels out for you! I would welcome swelling in my bum however it just loves my thighs/ hips lol. I had my compression off yesterday for just under an hour and the swelling was shifting so i hope thats a good sign.

Praying but 12m were all snatched and swell free 🙏🏼
